In short: source media is processed temporarily and is not used for training. Remorvi does not store full card details. This temporary website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Media files
Photos and videos are used only for the requested operation. They are processed temporarily and removed after completion. Emergency temporary directories are cleared within six hours. Source media is not indexed, used for advertising, or used to train models.
Source media, serial numbers and MakerNotes are not retained as a permanent part of the account.
4. Data not collected
Remorvi does not request or store full card numbers, CVC, or Telegram passwords. Payment credentials are handled by the selected provider. Never send these details to support.
5. Purposes and legal bases
- contract: process media, deliver results, manage the plan and provide support;
- legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention and diagnostics;
- legal obligation: payment records, tax and mandatory requests;
- consent: where applicable law requires it.
6. Service providers
The service may use Telegram and Bot API, YooKassa, Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, Paddle, Sentry and PostHog. The payment provider is identified at checkout. Telegram may process data in the UAE; YooKassa in Russia; CryptoBot in Cyprus; Sentry in the US/EU; PostHog in the EU; and Paddle under its Privacy Notice.
PostHog receives aggregate events without file names or media contents.
7. This website
The current static remorvi.com website uses no advertising trackers, data collection forms or analytics cookies. Cloudflare hosting and network services receive standard request data, including IP, time and user agent, to deliver and protect the site.
8. Retention
- media: until the operation completes, with emergency cleanup within 6 hours;
- account and operation history: while active and needed for the service;
- inactive account: deletion after 365 days of inactivity plus a 30-day recovery period;
- payment and legal records: for periods required by law and the provider.
9. International transfers
Some providers operate in other countries. Transfers are limited to what the service needs and use contractual or other lawful safeguards where required.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact support@remorvi.com and include your Telegram ID. Identity verification may be required.
11. Security and children
Controls include access restriction, payment-event filtering, temporary file storage and logs without media contents. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The service is not intended for children below the age of digital consent in their country.
12. Changes
This Policy may change when the service, providers or law changes. Material updates are posted here with a new date.
