In short: use the service only for media you own or are authorized to manage. Unlimited costs USD 14.99 per 30 days and renews for subscription-capable payment methods until cancelled. Third-party platform outcomes are not guaranteed.
1. Provider and scope
The provider of the Remorvi service is Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Tchantsev, identification number 304722236, registered in Georgia on 23 April 2024 by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry. Legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi District, Settlement Ponichala 3, Building 5, Entrance 2, Floor 4, Auxiliary Storage Room.
These Terms apply to remorvi.com, the Telegram bot @remorvibot, and related metadata audit and control features.
2. Rights to media
You confirm that you are old enough to enter a contract and that you own the media or have sufficient permission to process it. You are responsible for the legality of the content, selected parameters and any publication of the result.
3. Service capabilities
Remorvi inspects technical fields in photos and videos, may remove optional metadata, and lets users manage device profile, date, time and location. These features are intended for privacy, preparation of owned media, compatibility and lawful testing.
The service does not certify content origin and does not guarantee label removal, moderation approval, reach, or acceptance by a third-party platform.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Remorvi for fraud, impersonation, false evidence of origin or capture location, rights violations, removal of required disclosures, or evasion of moderation and third-party rules.

5. Telegram and account
A Telegram account is required. You are responsible for its security and actions taken through it. Never send login codes or payment credentials to support.
6. Free, trial and Unlimited
A new user receives four onboarding operations. A three-day Unlimited trial starts after the fourth valid file. After the trial, Free provides one operation per day.
Unlimited costs USD 14.99 per 30 days. Before confirmation, checkout displays the total, currency, applicable taxes, provider and payment type.
7. Payments and Merchant of Record
Depending on region and selected method, payment may be processed by Paddle, YooKassa, Telegram Stars or CryptoBot. The provider is identified in checkout and on the receipt. Remorvi does not receive full card details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns
This paragraph applies to orders placed through Paddle. For those orders, Paddle is the Merchant of Record, collects payment and tax, issues the receipt, and handles payment returns.
8. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscription-capable payment methods renew Unlimited every 30 days at USD 14.99 until cancelled. One-time payment methods do not renew automatically.
Cancel future charges through bot settings, the management link in the relevant provider receipt, or support@remorvi.com. Access remains available through the paid period after cancellation.
9. Refunds
Cancellation stops future charges but does not itself refund a completed payment. Eligibility and request routes are described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. We take reasonable measures to maintain quality and security, but do not promise uninterrupted operation of Telegram, payment providers or third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct proven loss and the amount paid for the disputed service period. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Suspension
Access may be limited for breach of these Terms, security threats, fraud, unlawful use or legal requirements. We may request information needed to investigate a disputed operation.
12. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by the law of Georgia, without removing mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's place of residence. First contact support@remorvi.com. For Paddle orders, payment and refund support is also available at paddle.net.
13. Changes and contact
